Booking Form

1. The online Admissions Form will automatically arrive with us once you have clicked Submit
2. Once you have received an email confirming receipt of the Admissions Form you can contact the Club’s Manager directly to make your booking. If you have handed in an Admissions Form directly to the club bookings can be made then.
3. You then email back to Woodpeckers once payment for your first booking has been made to confirm the sessions. Future payments can be made in accordance with your preferred frequency – either weekly or monthly in advance.
4. It is your responsibility to make future payments and no invoice will be generated to prompt you for payment. You will receive a Statement, detailing Fees and Payments made, during the week following you booking.
5. You only need to register a child once with Woodpeckers to access breakfast & after school clubs, as well as our Holiday Play Scheme at Brune Park. It is your responsibility to notify Woodpeckers of any updates to details on the Admissions Form such as changes in addresses, telephone numbers, contacts and alike.

Woodpeckers clubs close at 5.45pm unless otherwise stated. If you collect, you child or children after this time you will be charged a fee for doing so. Fees will be charged at £5.00 per child for every 15 minutes or part thereof.

Payment of Fees

You can select to pay weekly (no later than the Friday of the week) or monthly in advance. When making a booking for the first time after registering your first payment needs to be in advance.
