Breakfast and Afterschool Clubs operate during term time on the same days that the schools are open.
Yes, as long as we have an up to date registration form and there is space available – please contact the club manager for availability.
We certainly are registered with Ofsted and work with HMRC (Tax-Credits) providing information on your behalf.
You can make payment online via BACS Transfer or with Childcare Vouchers. This is explained more fully in our Terms & Conditions.
Unfortunately we cannot accept a child without a booking being made and confirmation from the club’s Manager. Bookings need to be made no later than the Friday before they are required. In emergencies, we may be able to take a booking at short notice but Woodpeckers’ cannot guarantee availability.
There are several clubs and activities at both the Infant & Junior schools that Woodpeckers’ make a separate trip to collect children. Just make sure our Manger as well as the school are aware of these.
Each Club has a mobile telephone that is normally held by the Manager or their Deputy. You should contact them first by ringing and if you get no answer by text, they will get back to you just soon as they can. Ringing either of the Office numbers will not get you confirmation of a booking as the Manager holds the diary and knows availability.
Sibling Discount of 5% is available for our holiday play scheme but not Woodpeckers term time clubs (breakfast & after school)
